Network Management System

The EASTAR™ VSAT platform has a variety of network management tools, including built-it and external systems. There are two general built-in tools to configure EASTAR™ Router locally – Web-based interface with key parameters and settings, as well as advanced Telnet-based access. The router can be accessed locally via LAN or USB port, or remotely from any permitted network location.

EASTAR™ NMS is a special software system providing easy access to all the network parameters and a wide choice of network diagnostics and statistics tools. Normally the EASTAR™ NMS system is installed at a Hub location with multiuser access from every authorized point of the network.

The EASTAR™ Routers also support SNMP protocol that allows monitoring and configuring the network from external NMS systems supporting SNMP protocol.
