Key duties and responsibilities |
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads for selling satellite capacities and add-on satellite services within in EMEA region and generate new business with prospective clients
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of customer relationship, offer preparation and negotiation, up to closing new deals
- Initiate prospective customer meetings and conduct sales presentations,
- Prepare commercial offers and actively participate in preparation of high-volume bids
- Participate in the development of future market and sales strategy of our company
- Attend sales meetings and maintain up to date records on all sales activity
- Participate in solving ad-hoc and ongoing commercial issues
- Actively participate in exhibitions, road shows and other marketing campaigns and events
- Deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate actively with other technical and operation team members

Skills |
- Significant previous sales experience in satellite communication industries and business
- Sales driven personality with drive to succeed in a highly results driven environment
- Ability to identify and develop new and creative prospects and channels for revenue generation and obtaining new business
- Excellent communications and presentations skills; persuasive negotiator, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with customers
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work and handle pressure
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong skills and experience to work in multicultural environment
- Seeks to continually develop own knowledge and skills
- Fluency in English language (verbal & written) essential, other fluent language skills, like French, would be an advantage
- Professional usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
